This application fosters mindful and deliberate computer time use. Start focused work sessions with simple one-click timers for 5, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Input your task to be sure you remember what you planned to do. When the time is up, a gently pop up will let you know. In this way, you won’t lose track of time on the computer. You can use this pop up to add more sessions. To support professional use, I added a Log feature to track sessions for invoicing.
